frequency → everything
A frequency, decoded: the LTE/NR bands that contain it, its channel numbers, and the TV channel it once was (or still is).
EARFCN → frequency (LTE)
Band-relative per 3GPP TS 36.101: F = Flow + 0.1 × (N − Noffs). Downlink and uplink numbering are disjoint, so one number answers both questions.
NR-ARFCN → frequency (5G NR)
The global raster of TS 38.104 — band-independent: 5 kHz steps to 3 GHz, 15 kHz to 24.25 GHz, 60 kHz in FR2.
GSM ARFCN → frequency
TS 45.005 band plans: GSM 850, P/E-GSM 900, DCS 1800, PCS 1900. DCS and PCS reuse the same numbers, so an ARFCN in 512–810 honestly has two readings — both are shown.
TV channel → frequency (US, all eras)
The full 2–83 dial, with where each stretch went: 70–83 became cellular in 1983, 52–69 went in the 700 MHz auction, 38–51 in the 600 MHz repack, 37 was never broadcast at all.
